White Wild Indigo Seed Pack

White Wild Indigo (Baptisia alba) features striking, pea-shaped flowers arranged on elongated spikes, adding a vibrant touch to any garden area. This plant is favored by pollinators, as bumblebees and butterfly caterpillars are attracted to its nectar and leaves. It grows rapidly, with its young shoots resembling asparagus in the spring. It creates a stunning visual effect when planted along garden borders and belongs to the legume family.

Growing Instructions: 

Wet and cold stratification required. Mix seeds with moist substrate (vermiculite, perlite or moss) and place in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 6-8 weeks. Sow seed at soil surface. Do not let seedling dry out while it is establishing.

OR

Sow directly outdoors in late fall to overwinter.
