Encore Peppers are a delicously crunchy sweet pepper with a flavour as big as their size. They are a large 12-15c, (5-6"), thick walled, blocky fruit that can be harvested green or left to turn red later in the season.

Summer Reed Peppers are a medium-long blocky fruit that is mild tasting. They mature to a uniform deep red. They are excellent for canning. They are ideal for market gardeners.

Sowing: Start indoors in mid-February to late March in a soilless medium. Grow seedlings under bright light at 21 degrees C (70F) thern harden off and transplant outdoors in late May. Water evenly and avoid high nitrogen fertilizer.
Encore - Upright plants with strong virus tolerance.
Summer Red - Harvest after colour changes for the best taste and quality.
