Hungarian Yellow Wax are a dwarf bushy plant that grows about 45cm high. This fruit is about 15cm long, 5cm at the shoulder and slightly tapered at the bottom. They ripen from a waxy yellow to a bright red. They have a firm, pungent flesh that is good fried or pickled.
Jalapeno Peppers are irregular sized and an extra hot fruit averaging 9cm (4") by 4cm (2") produced in a large quantities on 60cm (24") plants. They are best pickled when dark green. They turn red at maturity. These peppers are great for salsa, dips and pickling.
Takes 70 days to harvest.
Long Red Cayenne Peppers are of the heritage variety that produces plants about 75cm (30") tall with tapered firey-hot peppers about 13cm (5") long and 1cm (1/2") thick. This fruit ripens to a green/crimson red. It is ideal for canning, pickling or drying.

Sowing: Start indoors mid-February to late march in a soiless medium. Grow seedlings under bright light at 16-21 degrees celius. Transplant after hardening off in late May. Keep evenly watered. Avoid high nitrogen fertlizers. Harvest after colour changes for best taste and quality.
Hungarian Yellow Wax - Sow 5mm deep and 1cm apart.
Jalapeno and Long Red Cayenne - Sow seeds 0.5cm (1/4") deep and 6cm (2.5") apart.
