Rose Mallow is also known as Lavatera. They are clear pink flowers shaped like hollyhocks that grow on multi-branched plants. Prefers full sun but will tolerate partial shade. Grows best in cooler weather. They are sturdy, erect flowers are impressive at the back of border.

Sowing: Sow seeds outdoors in early to mid-May, 3mm (1/8") deep. Thin seedlings to at least 30cm (12") apart.
