Winter Luxury
Unique for its netted, pale orange skin, Winter Luxury is known for making the smoothest pumpkin pies. The high dry matter of the flesh is what sets these apart from other pie varieties. So pretty you can use them for displays. 2.25-3kg (5-7lb) fruit. Full vine plants.

How to grow
Timing: Start seeds indoors 3 weeks before transplanting. Transplant or direct sow when the soil warms in late spring.
Seeding: Sow 2cm (1") deep. If it rains or cools off, you may need to sow again.
Growing: Vining pumpkins need rows 1.8-3.5m (6-12') apart with plants spaced at 60-182cm (24-72") depending on vine length. Plant in warm, well-drained soil in full sun. Add organic matter to the bed and 1/2-1 cup of balanced organic fertilizer, mixed into the soil beneath each plant. Maintain constant moisture.
